About Fleet Market CIC Ltd.
Fleet Market CIC Ltd. (FMC) is a local market operator established in 2022 and operating from Fleet in Hampshire. We exist solely to operate the local Fleet market that runs every Saturday, with occasional Sunday specialist markets throughout the year. As a community interest company (CIC), we exist to support the wider community.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) came into force on 25 May 2018. GDPR strengthens the rights of individuals regarding their personal data and seeks to unify data protection laws across Europe, regardless of where the personal data is processed.

We focus mainly on companies and businesses
Whilst our markets service the community, our customers directly are market traders, i.e. we operate in a business-to-business market. This includes information relating to an individual (e.g. a sole trader, a company director, a beneficial owner, or a professional contact). In addition, we store the contact details of the individuals we do business with and anyone who subscribes to our email notifications.
